In the tiny village of Rolley, the owners of the Farm of the Rolley Castle welcome you in their holiday home or charming gite, at the heart of the region of Bastogne and its forests.

Be it for a weekend, a seminar, a week or even more, the place is ideal for a moment of rest with your family, friends or work colleagues. With a capacity of 8 to 30 persons, the Farm of the Rolley Castle offers both the comfort of a high standing hotel with the conviviality of a marvellous authentic house.

The farm

Calm, comfort and nature are the key words of this 600 square meters main building. The location at the end of a dead end street guarantees an absolute tranquility. The owners also took good care of renovating in early 20103 this large house by creating large common rooms and bringing a total comfort to the rooms, that each counts its own private bathroom. The great care brought to both the house fitting and the choice of materials gives to this gite an authentic and contemporary atmosphere .

In the middle of the countryside, with fields and forests all around, a private garden, the terrace ideally situated, numerous nice walks from the gite, both adults and kids will find what they are looking for, all this at less than 5 km from Bastogne…

Outside

Private cottage garden of 200m² with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, facing due south, overlooking the ponds, fields and forests.

The setting is idyllic and the calm guaranteed. It is an ideal territory for superb walking, with the contrasts and diversity of countryside. Numerous activities are possible, like fishing inthe ponds, biking in the surrounding forests or on the route, learning more about the Battle of the Ardennes or the Bulge. It offers a nice opportunity to discover the Ardenne region as well.

A parking is available in the courtyard of the farm.

The playroom

The vaulted cellars have recently been transformed into a very cosy playroom where a wooden bar, a billiard, a snooker as well as darts will delight your guests, whatever their age…!

The conference room

In order to even better reply to the increasing number of requests for seminars, workshops or board meetings, we have entirely renovated the building in front of the main house into a very nice conference room or seminar room that can accommodate up to 24 participants.
